Dry Skin: Proper Care Gives Relief

First determine if you have oily or dry skin. Oily skin can look shiny and oily to the touch can be felt. Dry skin can be uncomfortable and tight and rough feel and have an opaque color.

Make sure you are eating REAL whole grains to help your body get the nutrients that it needs. Most whole grains that you see in the store have been processed to the point that they are not much better than a piece of white bread. Eating whole grains like oats, quinoa and brown rice will give you the vitamins, minerals and fiber you need to keep feeling your best.

When hunting for good cosmetics, knowing how the product can have a long-term effect on the skin is crucial. There are several products which only make a person beautiful for a short period of time but can damage the skin quality with continued use. Whatever the trend is or what celebrities say isn’t right all the time. Compromising the skin never pays.
